We had an amazing stay! The hotel is centrally located, making it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy viewing falls. The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. They even assisted us in organizing day trips and calling for taxis. The hotel facilities were impressive, and our room was clean and well-stocked with amenities such as toothbrushes and slippers. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served by the hotel.

Being in the Centre of Livingstone made it very convenient for us to explore the main tourist spots nearby. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, from organizing day trips to calling safe taxis for us. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We were also impressed with the complimentary toiletries and television. The dining restaurant offered a delicious breakfast and the staff were always attentive and friendly. Moreover, the free Wi-Fi and car park were great facilities that added value to our stay.
